Welcome to keliot.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by PT Keliot Trans Nusantara. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

General Agreement

By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent. PT Keliot Trans Nusantara acts as a service provider for transportation, tour packages, and travel assistance across Indonesia and international representatives.

Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD/IDR and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed through our verified channels (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Authorized Payment Gateways). We do not accept payments via unofficial individual accounts.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 72 hours before the schedule: 100% Refund (minus admin fees).
  • Cancellations within 24-48 hours: 50% Refund.
  • No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours: No Refund.

Liability & Safety

While we prioritize safety, Keliot is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, or weather conditions). We strongly recommend all travelers to have valid travel insurance.

Digital & AI Support

Our AI Ambassador, Leonie Meier, provides 24/7 automated assistance. While we strive for accuracy, any critical travel decisions should be double-checked with our human support team if the AI response is unclear.

User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate information when booking. Any manipulation of data or illegal use of our transportation units (e.g., for criminal activities) will lead to immediate termination of service and legal reporting to the authorities.
